Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Subiaco. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs.

This role involves close interaction with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operation and management of all properties under your care.

Qualifications
  • Property Management experience

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in property management
  • A valid driver's license
