Senior Retail Leasing Specialist
A seasoned retail leasing professional with 3-5 years of experience is sought after to excel in large-scale projects, including tenancy remixing and long-term project leasing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote the company brand and expand market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and rental values to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders on campaign performance.
- Negotiate lease agreements and incentives on behalf of tenants for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Project manage leasing initiatives and conduct site inspections, marketing, and listing of new properties.
Necessary Qualifications:
- WA Sales registration.
- Commercial leasing expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market conditions.
- Strong understanding of the leasing process and negotiation skills.
