Job Description:

- To source new Office tenants and achieving rental rate premium.
- Build, maintain and strengthen business relationships with tenants.
- Develop deeper understanding of customer needs, future, and internal decision-making process with regards to space requirements.
- Negotiations for renewals, expansion, consolidations for office tenants
- Create customer loyalty with the objective of improving retention and achieving rental rate premium.
- Administer the tenancy which shall include ensuring that the tenant complies with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- Provide annual work plan for timely renewal of tenancy agreement and fulfilment of the obligation in the tenancy agreement.
- Ensure the report submission from tenants for renewal purpose in a timely manner and on expiration of the term of the tenancy.
- Ensure that the process of the renewal tenancy is well planned, and the offer for the renewal is made with sufficient notice prior to the expiry of existing tenancy.
- Preparation and issuance of Agreement for Lease, Tenancy Agreement and Letter of Offer are executed in timely manner and follow up on the execution of the agreements.
- Manage the handover and takeover of all the properties including the returning and taking over properties, if necessary.
- Any other leasing assignments as and when directed.

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years working experience in property industry, with Office Leasing. Good knowledge in local real estate industry
- Good knowledge in laws governing real estate industry in the various countries
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of leasing transactions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Possess excellent leadership and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Possesses initiative and drive.
- Willingness, committed and honest.
- Computer skills in Microsoft words, Excel, Power Point

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
