This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Collections Specialist to support a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio.
The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, working directly with large corporate customers, and taking ownership of the collections process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts totaling over $10M in receivables.
- Collect on past-due invoices via email, phone, and customer billing portals.
- Review and interpret check remittances, resolve short-pays, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate outstanding balances and deductions in collaboration with internal teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise during the collections process.
