This is a job that requires managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. The successful candidate will work closely with corporate IT teams in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, servers, software, and networking equipment in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and backup procedures to protect organizational data.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff on software applications, hardware use, and IT policies.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations according to company policies and security standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT teams to assess technology needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate IT projects or system upgrades.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows), network technologies, hardware components, and software applications.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose IT system failures and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication abilities to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with system backups and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with team members in separate geographical locations and different time zones.
