Job Description

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and oversight to all functional departments, ensuring alignment with growth plans and regulatory compliance. They will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & BD Director to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and other key personnel.
  • Oversee mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
  • Manage post-merger integration and develop an in-house team for growth strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in hospital management, with at least 3-5 years in an executive role.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory principles, and quality frameworks.
  • Expertise in marketing and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Culturally sensitive and suitable for a leadership role in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Working experience in Vietnam or emerging markets in Southeast Asia is preferred.
