About us:

Just Digital People is currently seeking a Strategic Healthcare Leader to join their high-impact healthcare consulting team, focusing on data science and AI. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset who's eager to bring innovative solutions to the public and private health sectors.

You'll lead teams across ANZ, working alongside experts in public health, insurance, pharma, and data science to shape meaningful outcomes in the industry. What You'll Do:
  • Lead with Strategy and Insight: Guide a team of talented professionals in delivering data-driven solutions for healthcare. Your role will center around strategy, ensuring our offerings resonate with client needs and market trends.
  • Drive Business Development: Strengthen existing client relationships and open doors to new opportunities in the health and pharmaceutical sectors. You'll leverage your network and understanding of the industry to grow our business.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with corporate, consulting, and data science teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our healthcare offerings.
  • Client-Focused Consulting: Become a trusted advisor to top-tier clients in public and private health, ensuring that our solutions continue to push the envelope in healthcare insights and outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Director-Level Experience: You bring experience from a top consulting firm or from client side within the health sector and a track record of growth, ideally in healthcare. Whether you're from one of the big4 / large consulting firms, or even a similar boutique firm, we'd love to discuss further.
  • Healthcare Insight with a Technical Edge: You're well-versed in the health sector and understand the language of data science and AI, capable of diving into discussions on data's role in transforming healthcare aligned with their business outcomes.
  • Growth-Oriented: You have a knack for business development, managing accounts and building client relationships that lead to long-term growth.
  • Team Leader: Known for your collaborative leadership style, you're experienced in guiding and inspiring teams in fast-paced environments.
