As a key member of our Architecture and Health Technology (AHT) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our healthcare technology platforms. Reporting to the Head of Solution Planning & Architecture, your primary responsibility will be to scope, plan, and deliver innovative solutions that ensure successful program outcomes and long-term technology platforms.

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

  • Developing an effective understanding of our business and technology environment to support solution delivery and strategic evolution of our platforms.
  • BUILDING strong and influential working relationships with business and technology stakeholders and customers to ensure successful solution delivery that enables long-term growth for our business.
  • Delivering pragmatic, customer-focused architecture engagements that balance customer needs, strategic technology directions, and constraints.
  • Scoping, evaluating, and formulating recommendations for technology platforms.
  • Collaborating with platform leaders and engineering teams to create clear recommendations, key technology decisions, and translate their execution in scalable delivery models.
  • Developing a breadth and depth of understanding of future business and technical requirements to deliver the required outcomes of solution planning and architecture services to customers.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for what you do and the ability to provide clarity and structure around ambiguous or uncertain situations.
  • Experience with designing and implementing customer-driven solutions involving digital channels across web and mobile.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing data-rich solutions and platforms that enable effective personalization and recommendations for our customers for a best-in-market experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to design and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders, along with a great ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
