Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child Protection Specialist to join our team in Western Sydney, Nepean and Blue Mountains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with children, young people, parents and carers to build positive relationships and identify needs.
  • Assess risks and develop comprehensive case plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve outcomes.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A relevant qualification in social work, welfare or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
  • A valid driver's licence and a paid working with children clearance number.
