Job Overview

We seek professionals with Defence experience to support complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

Our team comprises a technical advisory practice and Team Downer, a major service partner to Defence. We offer a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.

Your Role

The ideal candidate has previous experience within the Defence or consulting services industries.

Key skills include:

  • Proven experience working in Land, Communications, Navy, Space or other Defence sectors.
  • Experience with Validation and Verification (V&V), Test and Evaluation (T&E), System Design, Safety Engineering and/or systems concepts and specifications.
  • Strong engineering experience in a hands-on role as well as ability to consult and lead projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and stakeholder management.
  • Qualified/certified Engineer or holding an equivalent engineering qualification.
Security Clearance

You must currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
