Job Title: Colour Administration Leader

The RoleAs a skilled Colour Administration professional, you will be responsible for initiating, prioritising and finalising jobs through the Clayton Colour Lab. This involves liaising with key stakeholders and maintaining the integrity of our internal Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Refinish clients by responding quickly to requests and queries via email or direct interaction.
- Maintain the integrity of the Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system by following internal processes. Ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Upload, label and file all completed work in a timely manner to maintain order and lab efficiency.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in administration, demonstrating responsibility for system management or process integrity of current and new data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of database management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems and colour matching processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
