**Job Opportunity**

We're seeking a skilled Dulux Colour Marketing Lead to join our team. This exciting role combines marketing strategy with colour and design expertise, offering the chance to shape iconic programmes like the Colour Forecast and Colour Awards.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external audiences, developing inspiring content and engaging trends.

This is an opportunity to build long-term expertise in colour, design, and brand storytelling, while driving brand growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute colour marketing strategies across trade and consumer audiences.
  • Drive brand storytelling through PR opportunities, media engagement, and editorial positioning.
  • Support university and tertiary engagement to build long-term advocacy for our colour tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive colour initiatives.
  • Present to external audiences including media, industry professionals, and design communities.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally with an interest or background in interiors or design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and flair for producing inspirational content aligned with our brand identity.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is essential; additional qualifications in Interior Design or Styling are a plus.
