Job Title: Senior Colour Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Colour Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the initiation, prioritization, and finalisation of jobs through our colour lab.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of our global database and physical filing system. This includes maintaining order and lab efficiency by uploading and labelling completed work in a timely manner.

  • Respond promptly to requests and queries via direct interaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, prioritise, and finalise jobs through the colour lab.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain database integrity.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in administration or related roles, with responsibility for system management or process integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of database management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
