Job Title

Mirotone has been providing wholesale paint services for 80 years ensuring quality products are manufactured.

The Colour Services Matcher role is to:

  • Ensure the Colour Services Policy and Colour Tint Procedure is adhered to at all times
  • Manufacture and can tint orders in sufficient time to meet delivery schedules
  • Maintain the standard of colour formulae within accepted limits for colour difference
  • Maintain colour standards in good order and condition, including raising new standards and eliminating obsolete ones
  • Provide training on setting up, operating and maintaining tin carousels

The person should have:

  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Customer service work ethic
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence to win trust and respect of customers

Required experience includes:

  • Previous colour matching experience is essential
  • Previous spray painting or polishing experience is highly desirable
  • Computer literacy
