We are seeking a collaborative individual to work closely with our commercial team in advancing and sustaining business growth within Australia's colour industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding colour technologists and specialists in executing customer projects related to colour from our project pipeline
  • Developing prototypes that showcase customer specifications, offering technical support throughout project lifecycles, and delivering comprehensive guidance to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Reviewing compliance with relevant regulations, in conjunction with our regulatory team, as required
  • Translating data to non-technical and diverse audiences
  • Maintaining technical documentation for all products and application formulations
  • Helping develop product formulation prototypes with ingredients for strategic commercial documents and presentations
  • Designing and delivering training and mentoring in the colour category, to help build skills within our local team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in general science or food science or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10 years of project management experience
  • Seven to ten years of technical experience in the food colourants industry with a strong understanding of finished formulations
  • A suitable presence to present a credible authority to our customers, employees, and the broader industry
