We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Colour Administration Leader. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and the ability to maintain the integrity of our internal systems.

The Role
  • This role involves initiating, prioritising, and finalising jobs through our laboratory. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data management.

You will be responsible for maintaining order and lab efficiency by uploading, labelling, and filing all completed work in a timely manner. This requires attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding quickly to requests and queries via email or direct interaction.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of information within our Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team, using your proactive and problem-solving mindset to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in administration or related roles, with responsibility for system management or process integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programmes and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of database management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive refinish paint systems and colour matching processes is preferred.
