Job Description

We are seeking a talented marketing professional to lead our colour marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to blend marketing strategy with the world of colour and design, shaping iconic programmes like the Colour Forecast and Colour Awards.

This role requires a solid marketing background with an interest or experience in interiors or design. You will lead and execute colour marketing strategies across various customer segments, collaborating with media, PR agencies, architects, and designers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand storytelling through PR opportunities, media engagement, and editorial positioning. They will also support university and tertiary engagement to build long-term advocacy for Dulux colour tools.

Key responsibilities include executing and championing colour marketing strategy, driving brand storytelling, supporting university and tertiary engagement, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally with an interest or background in interiors or design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and flair for producing inspirational content aligned with brand identity
