Care Specialist for Individuals with Dementia

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate dementia care specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals living with dementia.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Aged Care or Disability and possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Experience in medication administration is also required.
About the Role:
- Provide permanent care, respite care, and day programs for individuals living with dementia
- Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Requirements:
- Hold a Certificate IV in Aged Care or Disability (or equivalent)
- Have a desire to work with people living with dementia
- Completed training in medication administration and have experience administering medications
- Desire and willingness to complete ongoing education and training
