Support Person for Individual with Dementia
">We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide daily support to an aged person living with dementia. This role requires someone who can engage in activities that promote the person's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and meal preparation;">
- Encourage participation in recreational activities and outings;">
- Provide companionship and emotional support;">
- Assist with household chores and laundry;">
- Communicate effectively with the individual and their family members or caregivers;">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will possess:
">Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience working with individuals with dementia;">
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification;">
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;">
- Police check clearance;">
- Reliable transportation (driver's license not essential but desirable).">
