Renewable Energy Business Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Renewable Energy Business Development Expert to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth through strong relationship management and strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on managing and growing a portfolio of vendor accounts, with the goal of positioning us as Australia's market leader in renewable energy finance. You will need to stay ahead of competitor activity, market trends, and policy changes to provide valuable feedback that enhances our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and its current landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, onboarding, and activating new renewable vendors within your portfolio
  • Strengthening vendor relationships and implementing growth strategies to position us as a market leader in renewable energy finance
  • Owning sales performance for your state/territory with a focus on deal flow, portfolio utilization, and origination growth
  • Collaborating closely with relationship managers to optimize vendor engagement, retention, and performance
