We're leading the way in Western Australia's transition to a sustainable energy future.

Join us on an exciting journey to build a cleaner, greener tomorrow.

You might know us as one of Western Australia's largest electricity generators and retailers, supporting 1.2 million customers across the state.

But what you might not know is that we're investing heavily in renewable energy projects, including wind farms and big batteries, to help create a more reliable and sustainable future.

Our Big Battery is now live in Kwinana, we're expanding the Warradarge Wind Farm, and the WA EV Network has launched.

We're a purpose-driven organisation, owned by the people of WA. Our commitment is to ensure all Western Australians have access to secure, reliable, and sustainable energy.

We believe that the benefits of renewable energy aren't just for some, they're for everyone.

Role Overview:

The Renewable Energy Project Coordinator plays a vital part in supporting the successful delivery of renewable energy construction projects by providing high-quality administrative support to our site-based management team.

Working closely with project leaders, contractors, and service providers, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of documentation, logistics, procurement, and financial processes.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance and supporting team collaboration.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to Western Australia's renewable energy future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our site-based team, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations.
  • Manage site documentation and correspondence, including contract files, registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate procurement and financial processes such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling vendor issues.
  • Support site logistics including team mobilisation, accommodation arrangements, and supply coordination.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative matters.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment, with strong skills in document management, filing systems, and keyboard proficiency.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and reports.
  • Experience in contract administration and familiarity with procurement and financial processes, including invoice management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a site-based project environment, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • An awareness of community expectations, with a respectful and professional approach to stakeholder engagement and project impact.
Benefits:

We offer a range of benefits designed to help you balance your work and home life, support your health and wellbeing, and provide opportunities for professional development.

Here are just a few of the benefits you'll have access to as a member of our team:

  • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
  • Other leave options including reproductive and purchased annual leave
  • Volunteer leave so you can give back to your community
What We Offer:

We celebrate our diversity and warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, especially those from underrepresented groups.

We're committed to improving employment opportunities and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
