Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of the finance operations team, you will play a crucial role in processing routine transactions, investigating and resolving transactional queries, and contributing to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process routine transactions across multiple streams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve matters relating to transactional queries, providing timely and effective support to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, driving process excellence and best practices
  • Provide high-quality support to the organisation, aligned with policies and procedures

Security Clearance: Australian citizen or permanent resident required for an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
