Transaction Specialist Role

This role involves providing end-to-end transactional services to an allocated client portfolio.

  • The Transaction Specialist will oversee the management of critical dates and lease events, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Negotiation of new leases, licenses, and renewals is a key responsibility, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Market rent reviews and make-good negotiations will be conducted with professionalism and tact, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • A comprehensive market search service will be provided, including professional presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ongoing management of client Occupancy Agreements and provision of market insights will also be required.
Key Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory due to security clearance requirements.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in property transactions is essential for this role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property/Real Estate are highly desirable, and those currently studying may be considered.
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is required.
  • The ability to manage complex issues concurrently within tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong teamwork abilities are also essential for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
