Transaction Advisory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to advise clients on complex transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in private practice commercial law, with recent experience acting for clients on complex procurements or engaging with government agencies viewed favourably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating core transaction documents
  • Undertaking due diligence reviews and managing specialist teams' delivery of advice
  • Performing research on complex legal issues
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues on high-profile corporate and commercial transactions
