Corporate Transactions Specialist

This is a challenging position for an attorney with 3-8 years of experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity or similar field.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of public and private M&A deals - from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Coordinate complex due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including SPAs, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.
- Play a pivotal role in deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.
