Job Overview

As a Property & Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be working on a diverse range of property transactions. This role involves supporting clients through all stages of property transactions in both ACT and NSW, with direct access to the leadership team and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on property transactions including residential and commercial sales and purchases, leasing, and related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
  • Liaise with external parties including agents, lenders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
  • Prepare settlement statements and manage file progress using LEAP.
  • Provide clear legal advice with a client-centric approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with property law developments and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with the broader legal team to deliver efficient legal services.
