Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our food services department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a key leadership role within our organization.

  • Responsibilities include managing staff, allocating resources, ordering and procurement, food safety, quality and functional supervision.

This role involves working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and providing leadership and direction to the team to complement the strategic direction, operational processes and business direction of the hospital.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Highly developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organised manner
  • Flexibility and adaptability
