Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Services Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Manage resources, including inventory, staffing, and equipment, to meet the needs of patients and staff.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen or healthcare facility.
- Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service.
- Commitment towards quality improvement.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Roster management, staffing and supervision of staff.
- Handle enquiries and resolve complaints.
