Food Service Leadership Opportunity

Our establishment is seeking a highly skilled and organized Food Service Supervisor to oversee the operations of our food service team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. They will also ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns.

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Key responsibilities include leading a team of 5-10 staff members, overseeing daily operations of the food service establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, and preparing and submitting reports.
