Job Title: Residential Care Provision Specialist

The Residential Care Provision Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional quality care services.

This position works closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, practice development, and mentoring sessions to a team of support workers.

Key focus areas include day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, facilitating and monitoring client care coordination, and operational management of a team of Residential Support Workers.

Responsibilities encompass disciplinary measures and grievance procedures, recruitment and selection, personal career development, statutory and mandatory training, and delegating tasks as appropriate.

High-level service input and advice are provided to Stride staff and other stakeholders, ensuring consistently high standards of client care at all times.

Regular monitoring and review of systems and processes used in Client Services enables analysis of service delivery outcomes and enhancement of support effectiveness for individuals with mental illness.
