Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Registered Nurse in a Residential Aged Care setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, with a focus on meeting the physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs of our residents.

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Aged Care.
  • A Current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccinations.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating clinical care tasks and documenting relevant information.
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring resident files, progress notes, lists, and observation charts.
  • Ensuring that specialised nursing care needs are managed appropriately.
  • Liaising with residents, their representatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of best possible care.
