About the Role

This is a challenging, full-time permanent position within Senior Services. You will be an integral member of the team, supporting strategic support to Residential services where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality assurance systems and frameworks that meet regulatory standards and uphold excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to Residential Aged Care.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Monitor audits accreditation and compliance performance across all operations, ensuring services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and principles.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Residential Aged Care.
  • Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and compliance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry.
  • Foster partnerships with essential stakeholders.
