Quality Assurance Specialist - Residential Aged Care

This is a key role in our Senior Services team, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our services maintain the highest quality standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and embed quality frameworks, monitoring performance and analysing data.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and Residential Aged Care standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on compliance, audit, and accreditation performance across all operations.
  • Lead reviews of programs, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience, coupled with a sound understanding of Residential Aged Care principles and substantial experience in quality assurance, audits, and compliance.
