Electoral Integrity Specialist

The role involves supporting the Team Leader in managing staff and delivering public-facing services as required.

You will join a team ensuring election integrity across the country, working closely with National Office and other States and Territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage divisional election planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proactive individuals who can work under pressure independently, but comfortably within a team environment, are ideal candidates.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the electoral roll for approximately 100,000 electors.
  • Lead your team in preparing for the next federal event.
  • Contribute to team objectives, strategic planning, setting priorities, maintaining team cohesion, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Temporary election staff supervision is also key, requiring effective leadership skills to support expanding workforce requirements.
