Job Title: Temporary Election Workforce

The Australian Electoral Commission is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to support the delivery of election services.

  • We are looking for someone with sound knowledge and experience in managing and delivering quality results within time constraints and with competing priorities.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships is essential.
  • Proven conceptual and analytical abilities, along with a sound knowledge of change management practices and techniques, will enable innovation and drive success.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be an Australian citizen.
  • Applicants are required to undergo a character clearance and obtain the necessary Baseline security clearance.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of election services. As a Temporary Election Workforce Delivery Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity, availability and capability of our systems.
  • Data input, testing and reporting requirements.
  • Expertise and technical knowledge in the management and end-to-end functionality of our TEW information systems.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of associated policies, procedures and forms.
