**The Opportunity**
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 151 leaders across the country to deliver election planning, delivery, and evaluation activities.
During the preparation phase, you will manage the accuracy and completeness of the electoral roll for approximately 100,000 electors within your division. This ensures electors can exercise their franchise at federal, state, and local government elections.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Develop team objectives and strategic plans
- Collaborate with peers to coordinate large-scale events
- Recruit and mobilize up to 80,000 staff during elections
