The Opportunity
We are seeking agile, energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals to lead and manage divisional election planning, delivery, and evaluation. You will develop strong connections with colleagues and supportive networks as we deliver an impartial and independent electoral system.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage your work unit to ensure the proper conduct of federal elections and referendums.
- Work closely with State Office, National Office, and other states and territories.
- Support the Team Leader in leadership and management of staff within their designated office.
- Deliver a public-facing service as required.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of the electoral roll for a geographical area.
- Lead your team in making preparations towards the next federal electoral event.
- Contribute to team objectives for short-term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
- Supervise temporary election staff using your leadership skills.
- Foster career development of team members.

- Ability to lead and supervise, delegating effectively and providing clear direction.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures, keeping to schedules and deadlines.
