**Electoral Service Officer Role Overview**

The Australian Electoral Commission is responsible for maintaining a fair and impartial electoral system. We are seeking a versatile service officer to support the delivery of federal elections in the ACT region.

As a key team member, you will provide frontline client services to the public, process enrolment applications, and contribute to election activity planning and project management. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to enquiries and assisting with electoral enrolment.

- Process special categories of enrolment and contribute to election activity planning and project management.

- Lead project delivery, ensuring effective communication and accurate reporting to the Team Leader.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and support our strategic direction.
