We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day payroll operational support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain documentation of payroll-related processes and procedures
  • Ensure all statutory and non-statutory remittances/payments are made accurately and on time
  • Administer payroll processes in collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, insurances, and non-taxable wages
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and reconciliations
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Develop financial and operational reporting as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
