Job Opportunity

This role is suitable for an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in executing pay runs, resolving client queries, and managing complex transactions while promoting a collaborative culture.
  • Take ownership of the fortnightly pay run process, ensuring timely delivery of efficient and accurate services.
  • Maintain and evaluate payroll processes using relevant tools and systems, implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes.
  • Act as a key escalation point for resolving complex payroll issues, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the team and stakeholders.
About You:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in payroll management.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Strong terminations and redundancies experience.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax regulations.
  • Experience working with multiple awards and EBA's.
