Job Title: Personal Care Worker

This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals, their families, and carers.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care duties, including assistance with daily living activities, medication (if certified), and wound dressing.

You will work collaboratively with residents to continue doing the things they love, promoting their health, well-being, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care duties
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Support with medication administration (if certified)
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
  • Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
  • Desire and willingness to empower residents to do the things they love
  • Compassionate care skills
  • Experience in Aged Care desirable
  • Current First Aid Certificate desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with high motivation
