Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist

As an Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll be part of our Customer Operations function, working in our Claims team to resolve customer claims efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Advocacy: Be an advocate for our customers, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
- Claims Fulfilment: Manage customer claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and returning customers to their pre-claim status.
- Communication: Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing clear updates and support.
Benefits and Requirements
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
- Training and Development: Full-time training at our Sunshine Coast hub will equip you with the skills needed for success.
