
Commercial Partnership Specialist

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Commercial Partnership Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and sales growth within the Pet Specialty Retail channel in Australia for a major account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key corporate partners across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail, driving business growth, and executing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Commerce and demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, including offline and online specialist retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve budgeted targets for the retail portfolio
- Utilize category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales
- Present new product developments (NPD) and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners
- Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning
