Your Mission:
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Melbourne office. As part of the Australian team, you'll play a critical role in the growth of Too Good To Go by developing and growing partnerships with prominent retailers in the food and beverage industry. Your goal is to ensure their head office and stores are fully supported to save food from waste and celebrate their successes.
This is a brand-new role at Too Good To Go Australia, so you'll have a significant impact on shaping our growth and evolution in providing better support and service to our food waste-fighting partners.
Your Role in Our Team:
- Develop strategic plans to grow your accounts and work with the retailer to increase store coverage and overall supply.
- Manage your own portfolio of chains and ensure the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARTNERS AND ENSURE THEY HAVE THE BEST TOO GOOD TO GO EXPERIENCE.
- Act as the first point of contact for our partners for all matters and collaborate internally with colleagues from other departments.
- CONDUCT RESEARCH INDEPENDENTLY TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVE OUR PARTNERS' EXPERIENCE.
- PARTICIPATE IN TRADE FAIRS, EVENTS, AND MEETINGS TO PROMOTE OUR CONCEPT.
- SUPPORT THE ACQUISITION TEAM IN ROLLING OUT NEW KEY ACCOUNTS.
- ANALYZE AND STRATEGIZE FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF PARTNERSHIPS.
- CREATE AND ANALYZE RELEVANT REPORTS FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PURPOSES.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT GROWTH STRATEGIES TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF OUR PARTNERS AND OUR INTERNAL KPIs.
- COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH ALL AREAS - NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY - TO OPTIMIZE PROCESSES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES FOR LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
