Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and produce high level communication and engagement artefacts and strategies that align with RMIT's strategic priorities
  • To coordinate activities, allocate resources, communicate, implement and evaluate project management principles to ensure smooth engagement and alignment across the RMIT ecosystem
  • To identify gaps and inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and propose practical solutions to drive ongoing progress and continuous improvement framework

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing and producing high level communication and engagement artefacts and strategies, understanding of project management principles, and knowledge management expertise with proficient abilities in the Microsoft suite including Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Teams. Knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector operations would be an advantage.
