Growth Platforms and Partnerships Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Growth Platforms and Partnerships to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, delivering and optimising new ecosystem partnerships, channels and distribution opportunities for the Fund, in support of the fund's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop New Ecosystem Partnerships: Develop new ecosystem partnerships, channels or commercial ventures that provide opportunities for the Fund to acquire, engage and retain members, employers or advisers in our priority segments.
- Drive Value Optimisation: Drive value optimisation of the HR Platform channel through ongoing performance monitoring and alignment of functionality and commercial arrangements to areas of greatest opportunity.
- Manage Commercial Arrangements: Manage commercial arrangements with platforms to deliver optimal results.
