About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the delivery of timely outcomes across multiple high-end state-of-the-art refrigeration sites. Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work autonomously to deliver preventative & reactive maintenance services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking full ownership of repairs and maintenance services, conducting frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance to prevent critical breakdown issues, responding to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner, and developing strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Taking responsibility for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
- Conducting regular Planned Preventative Maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
- Building effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
To succeed in this role, you will require practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environment, hold relevant certifications such as Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence, and possess excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
