About the Role

A key position in our operations team has become available, and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join APS Group. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational team in their day-to-day activities.

Shifts Available

  • We offer flexible shifts for this 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for general administration tasks within a fast-paced office environment, utilizing various software systems including MS Excel and Office.
  • Data entry, reporting, and word processing/reports using Excel will also be part of your duties.
  • Internal liaison with different departments within the company is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintaining accurate filing of paperwork is crucial for organizational efficiency.
  • You will also perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within warehousing and logistics, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Outlook are expected.
  • Tech-savviness and attention to detail are must-haves for this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for successful interaction with colleagues and clients.
