- Lead campus recruitment events, developing strategies and logistics to attract top talent
- Manage relationships with student societies, career services, and faculties to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in campus hiring and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data analysis skills, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and networking abilities are crucial
