About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing function, you'll be responsible for building and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Your primary focus will be on proactively searching for high-potential candidates using a variety of tools and techniques. You'll also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted plans to meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmarking: Conduct thorough research to identify industry benchmarks for sourcing and recruitment.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach diverse candidate pools.
- Talent Pipelining: Establish and maintain relationships with high-quality candidates to create a robust pipeline of potential hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
